Very friendly atmosphere! There aren't many parties at the kot itself, but they do happen from time to time (once every 2 weeks). In any case, we remain flexible and tolerant.

Relatively quiet area, close to the centre, particularly nice for nature lovers or sports enthusiasts.

A few extra facilities offered by my cokotteurs (an extra table, small electrics, etc.).
