I am subletting my studio located in Quartier Bruyères from 22 June 2026 to 2 September 2026 (summer holidays period). Please note that rent will be charged only for two months (July–August) and is all-inclusive (water, electricity, and Wi-Fi). The sublet is exclusively available to UCLouvain students. The studio is spacious (35m2) and features a private garden at the back. It is ideal for summer. It is also located close to the lake and only 5 minutes’ walk from ALDI for groceries (and 12 minutes’ walk to the train station). The studio is fully furnished and includes a separate kitchen (with oven and refrigerator with freezer) and a large private bathroom. As it’s located on the ground floor, the studio has easy access and stays cooler during the summer months as well.
