Chambre meublée chez l’habitant à Vieusart à 500mètres de LLN pour étudiantes, doctorante, stagiaire....

Le lit 1 personne est sur la mezzanine, accessible par l'échelle. Bureau, armoires, étagères et fauteuils sont en bas.

C’est très cosy et calme et nous sommes tout près du campus (5 min en voiture, le bus 33 vous mène au centre en 7 minutes, c'est 10 min à vélo (on peut en louer pour pas cher à la gare d'Ottignies et pour les locations courtes j'en ai un à prêter) ou en trottinette ou 30 min à pieds).
Le TEC à la demande peut vous prendre aussi à l'arrêt du bus 33. Voir l'application TEC à la demande Louvain-la-Neuve.

Le loyer de la chambre inclut les charges internet, eau, chauffage et électricité (participation supplémentaire pour les lessives).

Bon à savoir

-La SDB est partagée avec la propriétaire et ses visiteurs.
-La cuisine-salle à manger est partagée 3X par jour aux heures des repas et avant 20h. En dehors de ces heures elle est privée car elle est dans la pièce principale de la propriétaire.
-C'est un endroit beau et calme chez l'habitant où il fait bon vivre et tout près de l'univ, ce n'est pas un kot festif sur le campus. Idéal si vous cherchez à être un peu hors du centre, dans la verdure tout en étant à deux pas.
-C’est une maison où nous sommes sensibles à l’énergie et à la nature. La maison est charmante, mais elle n'est pas grande. Il faut donc que ça matche entre nous pour que nous y soyons toutes contentes.
-Clovis le chat se ballade dans le séjour et dans le jardin (il n'est pas admis dans les chambres)
-Vous aurez bien-entendu un bail d'étudiant, mais la domiciliation n'est pas possible
-Maison non-fumeur

for April and May, weekly or monthly rent

Furnished room with locals in Vieusart 500 meters from LLN for female students, PHD, ....

The room has two floors (mezzanine via ladder). The bed is upstairs. The desk, bookrack, cupboards and chairs are downstairs.

It's very cozy and quiet and we are very close to the campus (5 min by car, bus 33 takes you to the center in 7 minutes, it's 10 min by bike (you can rent one cheaply at Ottignies station) or 30 min on foot). TEC à la demande is a shuttle that can take you to campus as well. It works with an app.

The rent for the room includes internet, water, heating and electricity charges (additional contribution for laundry) based on an economical and ecological use of the energy.

Good to know

-The bathroom is shared with the owner and her visitors.
-The kitchen-dining room is shared 3X a day at meal times and before 8 p. m. only. Outside these hours it is private because it is in the owner's main room.
-It's a beautiful and quiet place with locals where life is good and very close to the university, it's not a festive kot on campus. Ideal if you are looking to be a little out of the center, in the greenery while being a stone's throw away from campus.
-It is a house where we are sensitive to energy and nature. The house is charming, but it is not big. So it has to match between us so that we are all happy.
-Clovis the cat wanders in the living room and in the garden (he is not allowed in the bedrooms)
-You will of course have a student lease, but you won't be able to make this place your legal residency. (if you come from outside EU you might want to check about that with uni)
-Non-smokers only.

For Erasmus students, we can meet by video call from half December on.
