Description: Special equipment for Erasmus/exchange program students (Master level). // Furnished studio (ground floor) – private surface of +- 18 m² in the private apartment of the owner (more than 115 m²).

Furnishing: Pull-out bed (1 person occasionaly adaptable for 2) + wardrobe + bed sheets ( duvets, duvet covers & pillows. // Writing desk/table and cupboard + lightning + armchair & chair.
- Small kitchen corner: fridge + micro-wave + cooking plate + mixer + toaster... and storage shelf and usual table/kitchen tools (plates, glasses, cups, pans, frying pan, forks, spoons, knives... )
- Toilet/Bath room: washbasin + shower + wc + cupboard, towel holder . Hair dryer available
- Possibility of access to the living room and kitchen of the inhabitant/owner according to arrangements

Other services : I can pick you up with luggages at Airport upon arrival and bring you back upon departure -- From time to time, diner with the owner (BE specialties) also possibility to go for from time to time for tourism in the region with the owner.

- period : preference for 5 months renting periods (Sept- Jan & Feb-June: parallel to exchange programs) - if available, other periods following arrangement.

- PRICE per month : Basic 440 € + Charges 130 € (cold-warm water, electricity, heating, internet, weekly cleaning of studio, waste bags and environmental tax) = TOTAL 570 € / month all charges included
- Warranty: 800 € (to be paid upon signature of contract, to be reimbursed upon departure if no dammages)
- City Tourist / Journey tax (200€) and Insurance for risks of fire and water damages (+- 65€ per 5 months period) to be paid separately.
- Private surface: Room 10, 60 m² + Toilet / Shower 3, 70 m² + Hall and small kitchen space 3, 40 m² = TOTAL 17, 70 m²
- Calm situation (not in the center but at a few minutes walking distance)
